Location and amenities. The spa was great and they provided toiletries.

The rooms were very small but this was somewhat expected.

Small, affordable, has everything, in perfect location next to train station Yachiyomidorigaoka. Friendly staff that speaks English. Multiple amenities.

Fantastic view of Mount Fuji from the top floor, super friendly and kind staff, we felt welcome. The beds were super comfy, I can highly recommend it for a short stay. A 7 Eleven is just across the street.

Only Japanese breakfast menus, no buffet. Cold room when you arrive. The bathroom is not designed for tall people.

The room wash tiny this is fine for one night but the bathroom is quite high in suite so if have issues with legs not a good idea. The bath you need to be able to lift you leg 120degrees

The convenience of the property to transport and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Exceptional staff. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I had booked a non-smoking room but mt first room smelt a bit like tobacco, and they promptly moved me too another room for no extra charge and apologised. Room was neat, clean and well-equipped with toiletries etc. Aircon was good. Microwave and vending machine on the bottom floor which was handy. Comfortable pillows, which I've found to be rare in many hotels in Japan! Close to convenience stores, busses, train station and a shopping mall. Also have an onsen and sauna which I didn't check out but sounds nice. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area again!

My room did have a bit of a tobacco smell at first, so they very kindly promptly shifted me to another room. The next room had a little bit of a tobacco resin, but not as much, but it did go away quickly once I turned the aircon on.

Once again i trusted APA, once again i was not disappointed.The most crucial thing to me is the bed confort, after all that's why i paid : to sleep.Apa did not disappoint, this hotel uses a foam mattress (which is not common in JP ) and i had a wonderful night sleep.The staff was competent and did speak english, you also have a public bath free to use.

2 minutes from station, convenient, clean

This is most hotels in Japan but charging per hour for a late checkout is unreasonable IMO especially if it’s one hour. I asked for a late checkout by one hour, and they wanted to charge me

Like other APA hotels, it was nice.The staff were really nice, the breakfast was filling and the hotel location is convenient

Very near to train station and shopping mall. The front desk staffs are very frienly and helpful. There is the onsen for tired hotel guests to wind down.

My second time staying in an APA hotel (last was in Tokyo), the room is small and a bit cramp. With luggages, there is barely any more space left. For a place like Chiba, one would expect the room to be more spacious.

The water in the spa pool contains many hair.

Location is just across from the train station.

On sen for women has no door. Just curtain. Man can make a mistake pop into.

The baths and location get a ten out of ten from me! Super close the station and konbini, very convenient

Chiba deserves more attention when you visit japan. great central location for a quieter visit, many beautiful and historical sites in the area away from the bigger tourist traps in Tokyo

The reception staff is accommodating. She is also knowledgeable on safety protocols: she did not read the room number of solo female guests out loud.

Old room with dilapidated wallpaper,Extremely small space,If the guest is a female solo traveler and the people lining up behind her at the check-in counter are groups of men who are within earshot, I hope the hotel would implement a protocol to NOT say the room number of the female guest out loud for the guest's safety and privacy.
